Titoki Team 1 - Term 3 Week 8 ending 15 September

Last Minute Costumes
Please ensure you have brought in your child’s costume in a named plastic bag. We are having a dress rehearsal next week. If you are not sure what to bring, please come see any of us or drop us an email.

Production Helpers on the night
We are in need of helpers on the nights of production to help dress and direct the children. There is a sign-up sheet to write your name on any night(s) that you can help with. This is located on the middle doors of the Titoki space.

Production Information
Production nights are on Tuesday 19, Wednesday 20 and Thursday 21 September. Children need to be in Titoki at 6pm ready to get dressed in their costumes.
Please sign in and out when dropping off and picking up your children in our space with one of the adults. This is important as it will be very busy and we need to know where the children are at all times. The show starts at 6.30, if you are watching the show, we request you do not leave half way through to pick up your children. We will provide a movie for the children to watch until after the production has finished.

Book Bonanza – Week 1, Term 4

This year we are focusing on building up our guided reading resources for yr1-4 and chapter books for yr5-6.
These are our main resource for teaching reading on a daily basis. We want Bayfield to have the most inspirational selection for our children. These will be available to view in the library throughout the Book Bonanza Week.
Our Special Visitors & Grandparents morning is on Friday 20 October.

Vecro Shoes
Lots of children are coming to school in shoes with laces that they are unable to tie up themselves. If your child is unable to tie their laces, please send them to school in velcro/slip on shoes as then they are able to manage putting on their own shoes themselves.

As we are coming into spring, wearing sun hats during outside play times is becoming more important. It would be great if children could start to bring their named hats in their bags to wear during these times. In Term 4, wearing hats during breaks is compulsory.

Lost property
School wide lost property has now been moved to outside the office. Please check in our Titoki black lost property box first, before looking upstairs.

Kind regards,
Kate, Victoria, Lorraine and Ashleigh
